Well, technically Thanksgiving have come and gone...I'm sure many of you stuffed your faces full of lots of food! I had a pretty lousy Thanksgiving...I had to work and it was just an all around shitty day. But, I'm thankful that at least I made some decent money and I got to take home quite a bit of free food left over from the buffet that we ran all day! Mmm....cajun fried turkey and ham.... And even better, I had this sexy little pic to come home to and work on! Just b/c Thanksgiving is over doesn't mean that we still can't be thankful of seeing Sapphira dressed up as a hot, almost naked Native American Squaw!

Even though I had to work this year for Thanksgiving, it is still my favorite holiday and I've been a bit in the mood for a nice and sexy pic featuring one of my gals. I wasn't sure as of what to do earlier this week...however while watching WWE Monday Night Raw they had a Pilgrims vs. Indians Divas match where the heels/bad girls (Michelle McCool, Jillian, and Leyla for those of you keeping score) were dressed as prudish looking pilgrim women and the babyfaces/good girls (Melina, Mickie James, and Kelly Kelly) were all dressed like hot Native American women...especially Melina, who Sapphira is partly based upon! That instantly inspired me to want to draw one of my gals as a hot Native American! Jerry "The King" Lawler referred to one of the girls as "Pochahottie", and that's where the title of this one comes from!

So, I remembered a similar attempt at a Thanksgiving pic from two years ago that I haven't posted until minutes before I posted this. Notice I said "attempt" b/c I never really got around to finishing the old piece. So, I've been remaking a few of my older pics in the past few months, so I'd figure I'd do a remake of that one too! Sapphira has pretty much been Ms. Calendar Girl this year and has been featured for special occasions, plus I caught a case of Phira Fever today and just wanted to draw Sapphira! Bam...here it is!

I REALLY like how this one came out! It puts that pic of her dressed as Catwoman for Halloween last month to shame! I pretty much just took the pigtails idea, and kind of winged it when it came to the Native attire...I just wanted it super sexy, and I think I accomplished that! And I'm pleased with how the colors came out...I even went back and added some face paint lines just to really drive home the Native American feel! I tried a new technique with highlighting her hair...I tried to mimic 's style of highlighting and went for that as I also tried my hand at using the lasso tool! (Don't laugh at me, I'm self taught! )

For those of you that are quite familiar with Sapphira, you would be surprised that she's actually a pretty good cook! Being the daughter of an EXCELLENT cook (Where do you think she got those healthy hips and butt from? ), you pick up a few things along the way....amongst doing other things really well, cooking happens to be one of them as well! As for why she's scantily clad while cooking and dressed like a Native American hottie? Who cares?!!!? She's cooked up a nice hot meal and that bird there is the main course! Better grab you a plate before it's all gone! Actually, on second thought, I'm gonna be greedy and hog it all for myself! Now if you'll excuse me, Phira and I have some business to tend to...she wants me to come and pick which piece I would like...IN PRIVATE! *Grabs gravy bowl, a biscuit, and Sapphira by the waist and heads toward the bedroom*
