Crescent Death

This here is my part of an art trade/gift art/birthday gift of my good gal buddy and fellow ATL resident 's (aka Kami) badass ninja character Kaze aka Crescent Death, who is loosely based on herself. If you've been watching me since at least earlier this year, you'll remember that Kami re-colored my Valentine Day pic of Sapphira as "Cupid Valentina" [link] a few months ago and really did an awesome job...our collabo was the most faved deviation in my gallery for awhile! I give Kami mad props for making Sapphira look so great...I give her lots of credit for Phira's current popularity b/c that pic really put Phira on the map! Kami also did this awesome pic of my gal Angie as a part of a bet that we had involving football...Kami's Atlanta Falcons verses my Carolina Panthers....I won! [link]

So, in my gratitude, I just had to do a return gift art for Kami of her super cool super sexy and shapely ninja gal Kaze, plus her birthday was this past week so it was the perfect time to get this to her! She is the wielder of "The Soul Sickle", which is an evil ancient shape-shifting weapon that can change from a sword to a sickle to a kama. The Soul Sickle can also create portals, is capable of projectile blasts, and is indestructible. Kaze is indeed strong in body and spirit, as she has to constantly fight the evil blade that has the power to consume her as well. She is madly in love with a man by the name Reiko James, who was wrongly convicted for a crime and imprisoned for it. One of Kaze's missions was to free Reiko...which she did, yet ended up falling in love with him....Reiko was actually the one that began calling her "Kaze". Now, the two are pretty much inseparable!
